Part 1: Recruiting Portal
In this section we'll walk you through the Gymnastics Plus Recruiting Portal, which gives both you and your gymnast everything you need to start your recruiting journey the right way.
We'll cover the parent's role in the process, what the NCAA Eligibility Center is and why registering early is one of the most important things you can do, and how to make sure you're set up correctly from day one. From there we move into the Build section where I'll show you exactly how to construct a profile that stops coaches in their tracks.
Not just a list of stats, but a complete, professional snapshot of who your gymnast is, what she's accomplished, and where she's headed. Finally we get into Connect the part most families never figure out on their own.
This is where you learn how to reach out to college coaches with confidence, what to say, when to say it, and how to use the platform to make sure the right coaches are finding your gymnast
Part 2: Personalized Profile
Once your foundation is in place, it's time to build the profile that makes college coaches start paying attention. The first thing we'll do is set up your introduction video this is your gymnast's chance to speak directly to coaches before they ever see her compete.
Her values, her character, her work ethic, and what makes her different. Coaches recruit people, not just athletes, and this is where your gymnast's personality becomes her biggest competitive advantage.
From there we move into organizing your video library the right way because a disorganized highlight reel is almost as bad as no reel at all.
